Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of your service total to the credit card on file.

Booking Confirmation: By booking or confirming your appointment, you authorize Industry Hair Co. to charge your card in case of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment.

Refund Policy: All sales and services are final sales, and refunds will not be issued.
