i haven’t gotten my hair done professionally in years, just because of the cost and obviously the pandemic hasn’t helped. but today i decided to get a ‘big girl haircut’ as my stylist Alyssa and i had called it!! the head massage and hot towel were AMAZING. throughout the whole service Alyssa talked me through what she was going to do, and was very open and honest and we had good conversation on a personal level. i felt very welcomed left feeling so rejuvenated. definitely will be back again!! ❤️❤️

I had an appointment with Sarah to get a balayage on my virgin hair and she did an AMAZING JOB!! I told Sarah exactly what I wanted (with photo references) and she made my hair dreams come true! Sarah is the most amazing and friendly hairstylist I have ever been to after searching for a new stylist for some time. She made it such a welcoming and comfortable environment and was extremely accommodating with my brain injury (i.e she made sure to not move my head around too much). I loved that the price on the website when you book is the same price when you check out, there is no hidden or add ons for the price which frustrated me with other salons because you never knew how much your hair is going to cost to get it dyed. I highly recommend this salon and Sarah if they are looking for a new place to try!! Will be recommending to all my friends and family!

All I can say is wow! Sam has been my stylist for a while but this is the first time that I’ve visited her at Industry Hair Co. To start with, they have parking! That’s already a big step up from the last place!!!! But more importantly, when I walked in through the door the place had a vibe of chill sophistication. I felt right at home and felt really pampered. The Daviness colour was so much better than what I was used at the other salon. There is more depth to the lowlights and more brightness to the highlights. It looks so natural and covers that pesky tinsel in my hair, perfectly! I can’t wait for my next appointment and I’m glad that I pre booked because I have a feeling that Sam is going to get really busy in the coming months!

Best hair appointment I have EVER had! I have been dying/highlighting my hair blonde since I was a teenager and I have always struggled with finding a stylist who can do exactly what I want, with the perfect blend of my natural hair colour and highlights to make it look natural and balanced. Sarah was phenomenal and knew exactly what I wanted after I showed her some inspo pictures. I’m not even being dramatic when I say I almost cried of happiness once I saw my hair. I have always felt like I over paid at salons to be left feeling unsatisfied which caused me to really struggle to find an amazing stylist. Sarah is a true professional and incredibly talented. Not only that, but Industry Hair Co. is such a beautiful salon and I felt so welcome and relaxed throughout my appointment. The mantra cards to select from was also a fun little touch! I had a great appointment with Jessica on Thursday! I came in with a Covid mess of hair and left as a new woman. Jessica was great and it was a lovely experience - loved the look and feel of the salon. Super cool. Looking forward to returning.

Sarah is an absolute miracle worker. I had multiple layers of colour growout which is a big problem for a low maintenance person! She seamlessly blended the different layers and added so much LIFE to my hair! Absolutely thrilled. An added bonus is the space is beautiful and 100% my vibe. Go check them out!

While I’ve been going to Aja for years, this was my first time visiting the new space. It is so open and welcoming. The entire session was relaxing, and as always, the end result was everything I wanted but better :). Excited to see this business continue to grow.
